Gardener’s Cottage is a traditional stone farm-workers cottage that has been beautifully renovated to provide contemporary accommodation in the sought-after coastal location of Lunan Bay.
Situated on a hillside in the grounds of the working farm, with rich arable land and where Soay sheep freely roam the cliffs, the cottage enjoys far-reaching views of the bay and the Angus countryside.
With beach and country walks and attractions such as Glamis Castle, the V & A, the Cairngorms and the North East 250 within striking distance, this unique romantic hideaway has something for everyone, whatever the weather!

The space
Gardener’s Cottage is a self-contained property, with accommodation all on one level.
The cottage has been decorated to a very high standard, with walls painted in cream and white tones and comfortable, contemporary furnishings sitting alongside traditional pieces, giving a luxurious yet homely country-feel.
The property is entered through a boot room, leading through to the newly fitted galley kitchen which enjoys a beautiful coastal view. There is a well-proportioned sitting room, which enjoys a woodburning stove; the perfect place to sit down and relax in comfort. Beyond the sitting room is a ‘Sitooterie’ (conservatory) incorporating a stunning dining area which enjoys unspoilt views of the farmland.
Gardener’s Cottage has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed that can be made into two singles if preferred. The second bedroom has a single bed and desk, which overlooks Lunan Bay. There is also a modern family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Outside, there is a generous garden, with outdoor dining furniture to eat al-fresco and enjoy the stunning views over the farm to Lunan Bay.
